Our son was issued a Reckless Driving ticket for speeding 20+mph over the posted limit. Of course we were extremely worried about the consequences and what this would do to our Son's driving record (Misdemeanor) and insurance rates. After reviewing several law firm reviews, we decided to call Mr. Myers and we are so glad we did. Right from the start he was great - he calmed us down and explained what our son needed to do in advance of his court date. I found The Myers Law, PC firm through my legal plan at work. It was the second firm I called concerning representation for a traffic ticket, and a big difference from the first one. The first lawyer seemed uninterested in taking the case and bothered by my questions.

I spoke with Henry, who was not only professional and informative, but was also very confident in how to proceed and make the best of the situation. He instructed me on what he needed from me, and that he was able to do everything else, including the court appearance--which for me would have been a 3 hour drive each way.

Attorney Myers has been servicing me for about a year and a half. I had a charge that would've been a class 1 misdemeanor, and he worked extremely hard during the whole trial until it was finally dismissed. I attempted to represent myself and found out very early on that I was way over my head.Attorney Myers not only was able to get me my desired outcome, but also made sure that I stayed on top of everything I needed to do until my next court date. I also had a reckless driving that included alcohol and he was also able to get a reckless reduced to speeding. On every case the judge told me how Attorney Myers presented a very good defense on my behalf. I'm very satisfied with the work Attorney Myers did. I received a ticket 80 in a 70 in my tractor trailer. I was in a hill and couldn't control speed as I was headed down, long story short Mr. Myers was able to get my ticket reduced to just a $266 fine. Reduced to defective equipment. I received a speeding ticket 86 in a 65 cruising along in a rental car. I live in Ohio. Virginia police sit at a location to catch all of the out of state speeders!! I got several letters in the mail for representation. I call Myers first and let me say professional and straight to the point! I didn’t have to call another ad I received. Did I mention I forgot and called him at 5:45pm the night before my court date! He was able to represent me in 14hrs!! Yes!! He was able to get my speeding ticket reduced! This is MAJOR folks!! He walked me thru the Va state court website so I could follow my case during the first call!! Said I could watch updates there. He even called after the court hearing to update me and told me what to do! I also received verification of everything in the mail from Myers. First off let me say that I like in Georgia, so when I got a speeding ticket in Virginia I was pretty miffed.

However after looking through several lawyers in the area I settled on Henry. He has a wealth of experience and was very cordial and business like, he represented me in court and as a result I received a favorable outcome.

I had a speeding ticket in Virginia and retained Mr. Myers to help resolve the issue. At the time I was traveling a lot and Mr. Myers had a very difficult time getting hold of me. He was very patient in working with me to get the issue resolved. I didn't have to go to court. He also provided me some information on defensive driving courses to take online (which I did). He moved the case several times to give me time to finish the course and also get a calibration. At the end he was able to reduce my charges to a defective speedometer which is a zero point non-moving violation. I am grateful I got off easily with his help. I credit Myers Law for helping me get off the hook.
