Dude. Just don't. You can't cancel your membership whenever, they still want your money. I signed up for 2 accounts and a personal trainer. At first I just wanted to cancel my ex's account and my trainer, and they sent me an email (the only way you can actually get in touch with corperate ). I got a reply a few days later saying I could not cancel my trainer (even though I do not actually use the service anymore, and told my actual trainer I did not want to meet anymore) I still have $800 dollars left to pay in order to cancel. Also $400 just to cancel my ex's account. Which is more than I'm actually paying for my membership.

When the staff that actually works at the gym isn't all that bright to begin with, since it failed to slip everyone's mind to tell me I was stuck paying for a membership until the alloted time was up. Even when I got my trainet I swore I was told I could cancel anytime.

But no corporate wants your money and they don't care about you. Do not waste your time or your precious hard earned money.

Do not waste your time with these scam artists. I signed up for forever fit a couple years ago and when they closed down in May 2016 I started getting emails about my new agreement with family fitness. I never once got a heads up about them "merging" together. I tried to get them to cancel my membership in Wyoming and they told me to get a hold of their "corporate" office. Come to find out their corporate office is just a hole in the ground and it was difficult to get a hold of them. Went to the better business bureau to file a complaint. Now I am talking to a lawyer about the situation I am in. I know multiple personal trainers who was going to get a job there and the owners hand them a book on how to scam people. I know it's a cheap place to get a gym membership but it is not worth the hassle further down the road.

Update: I get a call a week later from "Corporate" stating that if I take down negative review and post a positive one then they will cancel my membership for free. SCAM!!

The gym is dirty and the classes are sub-par... but it's cheap so you get what you pay for. If you get coerced into signing a contract like I did, plan on the employees telling you something different than what is in the 4 point font on the contract. Plan on subhuman treatment by staff when working to resolve these issues. This company makes loan sharks look like a top rated, customer service organization.

Also- if one check's out who wrote the positive reviews you will quickly learn they are all Family Fitness employees... biased much?
