        Overall

        The wait time is far too long for the poor quality of service the provide. Being pressured to write a good review is uncomfortable. Having a bad review removed is quite suspicious.

        Not very friendly. Their watches are over priced and can easily be bought elsewhere for cheaper. They don't seem like they are professionals that have any type of training or certifications.
