Beautiful Rooms

Long frustrating story short...do not do business with this company! I ordered a sectional, put down a sizeable deposit and Five months later still no sectional. Nothing but lies to placate me for additional time.

We purchased furniture from this company for our new home. We received a call from the delivery service D&D that our furniture would be delivered the following Tuesday between 9-12. My wife took off work for the delivery. At 1 o'clock she contacted Gary at beautiful rooms. The delivery company contacted my wife back telling her they could not get our furniture on the truck, and said sorry they didn't call. They scheduled our delivery now for 1-1/2 weeks later. The next day I contacted Gary at beautiful rooms because i felt like this was ridiculous. He contacted D&D and the owner called my wife speaking very rudely to her. I contacted the owner and spoke with him and also got Gary on the phone. Gary assured me he would handle the situation. He promised me that he was going to get our furniture delivered earlier. He called me the next few days around 4 central time saying he was still working on it. Since then I have not talked to Gary. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Dealing with this company and the owner Gary has been the biggest nightmare I have ever encountered with any business period. He basically lied to us on delivery time. Items have taken several months, some pieces were damaged, items were delivered covered with dust, his delivery people damaged our new hardwood floors where they had to be re-sanded and we are still waiting on a replacement curio that had scratches in the glass and wood and appeared to be a used piece of furniture that he may have had in inventory for some time. Told us he was giving us 60% off list but never would show us the list price. I feel sorry for the people who get sucked in by this guy on the internet for there is no way of knowing who you are dealing with and if you look at his web page it's obvious he has filtered the results. Beware before you part with your cash with this guy.
