The review is based on the property on 1545 Washburn Road in Pasadena. The house was listed just under $700K and we were told that they received above ask offers and the client was not going to counter because I were getting above what they expected. So we offered an aggressive $740K ($40K above ask) only to find out they listing agent changed her mind and decided to have counters. What the hell? It appears this was ploy to drive prices higher and it seemed to have work. In the same email, our agent told us that there was a death on the property which was never disclosed. Thanks for the waste of time but be advise that a complaint will be submitted to the California Board of Realtors and reviews will be posted on multiple website to warn buyers and seller of your poor business practices.
