Stay away from this scam artist. After several missed appointments, he finally showed up and sprayed for bed bugs. I bought a 1-year warranty. The bed bugs returned, but not Philip Payne! Multiple phone calls went unanswered, and certified mail to his business address were undeliverable. Stay away.

Phillip Payne of Payne Pest Control is a SCAM ARTIST. He treated my house for termites when I really had carpenter ants - only to make more money. He also didn't finish the job. When I called to have him come back to finish the job, he missed appointments. He then wouldn't return my calls or text messages. I had to go with another company after being ripped off for $1,000. DO NOT USE this guy as your exterminator and read other reviews about him on Yahoo, Yelp and Google. There are plenty of scathing reviews that I wish I'd seen before I hired him. He's a total SCAM with no integrity, morals or business sense. I would rate him a ZERO if I had the option.
