West Shore Dental Associates

This is a perfectly good dentist, until you need them to work with you. I have been going here for about 5 years and got my husband to go here as well. The hygienists are nice (though they did lay-off my favorite one), the ladies at the desk are nice, the dentists are nice (though it always takes less than 3 minutes for them to examine you). It is an all around average dentist office. However my company recently switched insurance carriers and West Shore is not a participating member. This resulted in a $120 bill (insurance covered $100). I asked if they could adjust it a little. Nope, too bad. They're willing to accept $130 for my husband's visit (he has Delta) but I have to pay $220. They can't help me out, not even a bit? Seriously!? Someone who has been loyal, even through times of lay-offs, and who has brought in extra business. I feel loyalty should count for something. Glad to know I was valued as nothing more than a dollar sign at West Shore Dental.

The quality of the dental care I receive at West Shore Dental begins with the friendly, personable staff, and continues through the facility - a comfortable, casual, as well as thoroughly modern and high tech building. These dentists, hygienists and staff both strive and excel at providing excellent, expert professional care. I have been amused to watch TV while having my teeth cleaned and then fascinated by watching the digitized rendering of the crown I am about to have created - in house! I am as proud to be a patient here as I am comfortable recommending their services to my friends and their families.

Very modern practice with a lot of high tech equipment. My kids love the tv in every room. I feel like we always receive the very best care at Dr. Conte's office.

My family and I had an awesome experience with doctor and staff. The hygienist was running on time which is very reassuring. It's a very warm and homey atmosphere. I would refer my family and friends definitely.

Very professional and friendly. The staff and doctors are all so nice, I always look forward to visiting.
