Topaz Dentistry

I had an extraction appointment this morning 10/24 at 9am - I was greeted and taken to the back almost immediately. I am a chicken when it comes to the dentist - Quincy made me feel TOTALLY AT EASE, she is AMAZING - checked on me throughout the procedure and talked and chatted with me to "distract" me from my nervousness. Dr Petty - was WONDERFUL and AMAZING! He made sure I was completely numb - even if he had to wait longer than for most people- and made jokes and chatted - he tried to make me feel less scared - then he pulled me tooth once I was very numb - it took him maybe 3 minutes - he got it all at once, without having to cut my gums or anything - An Incredible Experience at Kool Smiles - and I will DEFINITELY Be going back for the rest of my dental needs!!

4 wisdom teeth removed and couldn't have gone any smoother. Excellent dentist and staff

The best staff in the world!! The minute you walk in the door Daniel and Tina great you with a smile!! Then Dr. Walker and her assistant Megan treat you with kindness and sensitivity. I have a huge fear of dentists and they put me to great rest!! Once you have a visit with their hygienist, Melanie, you will want a fresh cleaning daily!! Love them all

You say this place is called Koolsmiles? It should change the name to Kroolsmiles? This is the worst place i have ever utilized for healthcare. First they make a appointment and call you everyday until you come. Then the time of the appointment either it is the wrong or the wrong day. Then people were packed inside the foul smelling clinic like sardines and babies crying and tv playing loudly.So loud it is hard to hear your childs name being called. Now that you have signed in if it is your first time paper work should be offered right? No...........you sit there and finally when your name is called for services they realized no paperwork has been filled out and you have 3 children?.They take them all back and after you fill out the paperwork suddenly they are bringing your children out and telling you that your insurance is not active! Should they have checked that before? By now you have been there at least 3 hours? I say to you do not attempt this place find a orgainized place to go.

KOOLS SMILES LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR 1 HOLD AND HUNG UP ON ME SEVERAL TIMES. WHEN I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE ON THE PHONE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE AVAILABLE UNTIL OCTOBER! I WISH SOMEONE WOULD SAY THAT ON THAT ANNOYING HOLD MUSIC THEY MADE ME SIT THROUGH FOR MY ENTIRE LUNCH BREAK AT WORK!
