I've been to several Chiropractors around the country but Progressive Chiro is by far the best. Dr. Ranzetti is very thorough. There is no rushing you through. I went in for severe low back pain, which he got under control pretty fast, but when I hurt my shoulder he was on it before I even told him about it. He just noticed me moving it while in the waiting area. He says he gives 120% and he means it. I will say if you are looking for one of those no appointment necessary, crack shops where your in and out with no therapy, no exercise instruction, no treatment plan or xray he will tell you his office is not for you. He and his staff are amazing. They will hit everything with adjustments, heat, stim, traction whatever you need. Makes me wish I had my money back from the last three DCs. If you need real quality care I highly reccomend Progressice Chiropractic!!!!

Dr. Ranzette cares about his patients' health and has been available after hours with an emergency. He offers a wide range of therapies with every visit instead of just a quick adjustment.

I was having lower back pain making a good night's rest virtually impossible. A coworker recommended Dr. Ranzette and not only is my back pain gone, my headaches have subsided tremendously. Killed two birds with one stone and without use of any medication. I highly recommend Dr. Ranzette and his staff - not just for pain relief, but for overall healthcare. He's extremely knowledgable and he truly cares about your well-being.

I have been going to Dr. Ranzette for about 5 years as I have chronic back and neck issues. He is excellent and patients get more than their money's worth! He is always available if you have an emergency and is very personable. He doesn't pull punches. He tells it like it is. He truly wants his patients to improve and he will let you know if you are not following his strategies for successful recovery. I have improved so now I am only on a once a month maintenance program. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Ranzette is the best. Really cares about his patients progress and pushing them to stay active in their care. I don't know any other doctor that would stay late to to teach a stretch class for free just because they need it. I've seen him for 3 years and can't tell you how much better he and his staff are than the 2 other DCs and orthopedic I saw first.

I went to progressive chiropractic after I had a sports injury a few years back. I was in severe pain daily before seeing Dr Ranzette. After only a few visits I was seeing drastic improvements. Now I am back to 100% and so thankful that the progressive chiropractic staff was there to show me such great care.
