I have never been so mistreated at a business. I was told my ring would take 7 days to be resized. After not getting a call on the 7th day.. I waited until the next day (Monday), I was then told my ring wasn't expected in until Wednesday.. Ok then no call on Wednesday. I call again, they acted like I was rude for checking, "the paper clearly states that your ring isn't due back until tomorrow (Thursday)". Now I'm pissed. Thursday makes 12 days. I called today (Thursday), my ring still isn't in "ups hasn't delivered today" was her reply. It's 4pm! I want my wedding ring! We will NEVER use this company again. It's lack of communication and rudeness is beyond me..
