Enterprise Rent-A-Car

When I visited the Los Angeles, California area for the first time on a business trip and pleasure, needing to rent a car, I visited Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Van Nuys, CA! Immediately upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the Staff with a warm welcome and tremendous hospitality!!!! They provided me with the absolute best Customer Service from their Team working as well as the Manager. They were committed to ensuring I had a smooth transaction and got out as quickly as possible when renting the vehicle as well as when I returned! I strongly recommend this location for any future rentals!!!!

I pass by to Enterprise locations to use the rentals at this location. WHY?? That's easy, they have excellent costumer service and they are always professional. It's a pleasure doing business with the staff at this location.

I rented a car from this Sepulveda Blvd. Enterprise location and was unpleasantly surprised by the facts that (1) the location did not have the car I reserved, but proceeded to "up-sell" me to a more expensive car (with a discount), and then (2) the car had NO GAS IN IT. I argued about both points to no avail, and had to leave for my scheduled appt. I filled the car with gas, on the promise that I would be refunded. When I returned the car to the Burbank Airport (as part of the negotiation offered by the Sepulveda dealer), (3) the folks there were going to charge me for a different drop-off!! and, (4) there was NO REFUND for a 3/4 full tank of gas!! After much discussion and calls to the Sepulveda branch, the Burbank mgr. wrote "3/4 tank gas" on a little business card and assured me this would be good nationally. After this experience, I have lost faith in Enterprise.
