Titan Storage

I called and booked on short notice and they came to the house and gave us a reasonable quote. We moved on June 26 -27th. The movers were pleasant and polite. So far, so good. They packed us up on a Saturday night and drove down to our location early Sunday. After packing 75% of our furniture the "boss" called us and argued the fee, but they did eventually let that issue go after I pointed out that they did the walk through and they are the professionals.
I thought it odd that they unpacked the truck and left before we reached the new destination (who doesn't want a tip?). When we reached our home, we were appalled by the condition of our furniture. Our couch has a lovely spot rubbed out of the fabric, our Pottery Barn bedroom furniture now belongs in a scratch and dent sale. I called them and once again very polite and stated that they would file a claim - that should have been the end of it. However, now our complaints have been downgraded to a "we'll come look at it on our next move to your area." If you want nice folks - go to your local coffee shop. If you want professional movers, I encourage you to seek elsewhere!
