TERRIBLE. These people may be artistic (from reading other reviews...didnt see for myself) but they have NO idea how to run a business. Went in to talk to someone about getting my first tat. I When I walked in no one even lifted their head to talk to me. Waiting for a minute or two (maybe they were busy) until one guy casually looked up and said "yeah". I told him I wanted to get a tattoo but wanted to work with them to make it better. I have ideas but went to the "experts" to see what would look best. This guy couldnt be bothered. The girl with the J name immediately asked when I wanted to make the appointment to get it. I said again that I wanted to see what it would look like first and get their opinion since I didnt have the details worked out. NO ONE even asked to see what I was thinking or offered to show me their work or ideas. They just kept pushing to make an appointment to get "it" done even though we never discussed what "it" was going to be, where, what size, etc

I got a wrist tattoo the week my brother committed suicide as a tribute to him. The tattoo looked very nice but was so faint. I went back several times to have him touch it up but was given an excuse EVERY time as to why he didnt have time in an empty shop. I have never gotten it touched up and I would not trust them to ever do it now. I will add to it and have it done by another establishment. Its a shame they couldn't finish their commitment.
