        Overall

        I have been to ophthalmologists around the world and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. William O. Malone only cares about money, patient needs are not even a factor in so far as it does not put the most amount of money in their pocket. The wait time is over 45 minutes, there is a complete disregard for the patient. The office staff are the most ignorant selfish people in the field. Avoid at all costs if you value, not only your eyes, but yourself as a human being. **** I only gave one star because I had to in order to make this post visible!!!!I cannot speak in regards to Dr. Anderson, however, as I did not have an encounter with him.
