THIS ESTABLISHMENT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE RUDE, CONDESCENDING, ROLLED THEIR EYES AT ME, AND LAUGHED AT ME WHEN I ASKED FOR THEM TO REDO IT. I POLITELY ASKED FOR THEM TO RE-FILE THEM CAUSE THEY HAD CHIPPED AS SOON AS I LEFT AND THE COLOR WASN'T EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED TO PAY EXTRA AND PROCEEDED TO QUESTION WHY I WAS THERE!NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A SALON BEFORE :( I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED. DO NOT LET THERE NICE INTERIOR SWAY YOU FROM THE HIGH PRICES AND POOR JOBS THEY GIVE.

Absolutely wonderful salon. Friendly, efficient, talented crew. Beautiful salon. Often very busy so allow time. Chau, Han and Vee are especially talented. Have been a customer for 8 months and highly recommend it!

Great place to have a mani-pedi... convenient location. The young women were very sweet and attentive, and did my nails and feet at the same time, so I felt really pampered. Nice selection of polish colors. The hot stone leg massage felt fabulous. Either they have received additional training or have new staff since last review was written - I had no complaints, and highly recommend!

Dont waste your time and money. Absolute worst experience ive ever had at a nail shop in twenty years. I actually spent two hours trying to leave and telling this girl that she had obviously never done this before. My nails look worse than when I went in for a simple fill....for which they tried to charge me 40 dolllars...even after my constant protests and complaints. This is the only time in my life that ive complained and refused to pay for something. My fingers are still achy and bleeding. Save yourself a huge headache and avoid this place at all costs.
