once an excellent place to go, especially for a special event. Now- I'd rather go to Red Lobster... at least I expect rubbery seafood there.

Provided by SuperpagesThere was a long wait to be seatedThe menu was very limitedWhen I finally found what I wanted to order they were out of it. When I placed a 2nd choice they took my order and then came back after all my guests in my party had received salads and told me they were out of oysters too so I needed to choose a 3rd item instead.Well, there was nothing else I wanted so I spent the evening watching everyone else eat while I sat idle. I wasn't offered anything as a compliment, perhaps a free cup of coffee or a desert. Anything to show me that they cared about a disappointed customer. It was very frustrating. The wait person should have noted the sold out items before allowing me to order TWICE. The resturaunt has really gone down hill since the new owners took over. The service, quality, size of portions and selection needs to be improved. I will NEVER go there again. Not the first time I had bad service there but definately the last. Very disappointed

Provided by SuperpagesParking situation was lousy. Made a reservation and was made to wait an hour and 15 minutes in the crowded bar until there was a table available. There are too many tables and chairs crammed into the space. Chair backs butted against the person behind when seated. To get out from behind the table for a restroom trip, diners at both tables would have to get up and push in their chairs to let that person out and back in. I don't know HOW the waitstaff are able to do their jobs without injury.
