        After receiving a flyer in the mail, I thought I would try and see what they are like. It reminded me of the laid back atmosphere south of the border. It was one open room. The decor was rustic with little decorations and re used wood tables and distressed metal chairs. The workers were friendly but not too helpful when asking details about the food. The 15-20 minute wait for my bacon and chicken sandwich could have been quicker. The food wasn't anything special. The peach,strawberry,banana, and yogurt smoothie was pretty good. For the service and quality of food, the prices were on the high side. If it wasn't for the coupon I had, I would not have gone. There is a lot of room for improvement.

        I'm extremely disappointed in this particular location, I love tropical smoothie cafe but the three times I've been to this location they have taken over twenty minutes to even start my order! The last time I went here, just last week, I waited over thirty minutes and ended up having to leave with no smoothies to not be late for work. The employees do not seem to care and move with no urgency even with 15 people waiting in line. Wish management would stop ignoring this issue and just fix it!
