Service

With a 90 minute layover in Phoenix, I decided on Pei Wei. After all, I had plenty of time for a meal.

Bacon and egg fried rice at $8.99 and the vegetable spring rolls (x 2) at $4.69. Total - including tax - $14.86. Entering my order at the self service kiosk was quick and simple.

From start to finish, I was on my way in seven minutes. Food was surprising well prepared and tasty for an airport setting.

Server was friendly and polite, offering condiments - mustard - along with a bag and napkins.
