I am extremely satisfied with my several experiences at Kay's. I have gone several times to purchase my fiance charms and other jewelry and have never had any issues with the employees or the quality of the jewelry. The one instance that I had to take something back in after a stone fell out of one of the charms, I took it in and since they didn't have a replacement in the store that day they had another store send them theirs. I had the replacement within a few days. The employees talk to you and try to get to know you and whoever you are buying the jewelry for so that they can help you pick the perfect gift for that special someone. They have been a huge help with picking out the charms for my fiance's charm bracelet. They also helped us find a wedding ring for me. Me being a guy, I had no idea what kind of ring I wanted or what I wanted it to look like and I finally found one here. My fiance and I have both been extremely satisfied with how we have been treated here and the quality of the jewelry that we have purchased. We will definitely continue to use Kay jewelers for all of our jewelry needs!

I completely 100% unsatisfied with the service I received from Kay's as a whole! My fiance bought my engagement ring from them and the center stone was crooked. I had to send the ring into the get it straightened. After it being gone for two weeks I finally got the ring back and the center stone was still not straight!!! So I called the customer service and they didn't do anything except tell me to resend back out for another 2 weeks. As someone who is excited to be engaged I am tired of not being able to wear my ring. I will NEVER buy another thing from Kay's and I will definitely not be recommending them. The need to get things done right the first time.
