Pooltown

Had my pool installed last week. I wanted to let you guys know that the pool looks amazing and we couldn't be happier with everything. It's supposed to be almost 100 degrees today and we're looking forward to swimming in it all day.

Never go there! Find some place else. Bought a pool there, 21ft round. While the pool itself is awesome, the workers (and management) is terrible. Installers came and installed the pool, apparently no one told them that we were supposed to get a 5ft pool, because the installers didnt dig. So we now have a 4ft pool, nothing we can do about it apparently. The installers were supposed to come back and install the skimmer yesterday...no show, no call. We called them and they didnt answer or return the call. So today we went into pool town to see what the hell was going on. The manager kinda skirted away from the situation, was really quiet. One of the sales guys (actually the one that sold us the pool) came over and wouldn't let my fiance get a complete sentence out. Kept saying "Well how is that my fault, how is that my fault? You should have told the installers" No, you should have told the installers, you are employed at pool town, it was your job to call them and tell them what we wanted, fax over a work order, etc. That's how its your fault. Asked for the owners email address or number "Oh, well you're never going to get ahold of him" Ya know what? I'm never coming back. Pathetic, i've been going there for like 15 years. Sickening

I stopped in at one of your competitors today and you guys definitely have way better pricing and a way better selection. I feel like I cheated on you, SORRY!

I just bought a new pool! I was referred to Pooltown by my new nieghbor. They were professional and very informative. The thing I liked the most was that they were not very pushy like some saleman can be. They answered all my questions and even encourged me to shop around. Who does that? After doing some more shopping around I realized that they had the best pool at a great price. My kids are so excited. I hope its a hot summer.

Pooltown on Eureka Road is easily the best pool store in the downriver area. I've been to all of them and strongly feel that Pooltown has the best selection of merchandise and cheapest prices around. The staff is extremely friendly and have been able to successfully help me every time I've had any issues with my pool. Thanks
