Little's Flower Shoppe Inc

Horrible customer service and possible SCAM. I ordered (and paid for) Mother's day flowers via their website,and the next day I get a phone call from Littles Flower Shoppe demanding more money, or they will pull flowers out of the arrangement. NEVER AGAIN.

I had a positive experience ordering over the phone at Little's Flower Shoppe. Just make sure you've done a little research into what you want and what it's approximately going to cost. When I called, I wasn't speaking with the person who was actually going to arrange the flowers I wanted to have sent to my wife while I was on travel. So they couldn't answer specific question like how many stems I would get for what I wanted to pay. This meant I was pretty much blindly ordering the flowers, since the person talking to me on the phone only wanted me to tell her how much I wanted to pay, and the experienced florist would do the rest with that budget. Fortunately I had done a little bit of research online so I had an idea of what I would get for my money.



Ultimately though, the experience went smoothly and my wife and I were extremely pleased with the flowers they provided. I verified there would be a clear glass vase (I didn't want a cheap plastic one), specified the color scheme I wanted, and told them the message I wanted on the card. Little's called my wife to make sure she would be home to receive her "delivery", and from what my wife told me, they were friendly and sounded very excited. They delivered the flowers a few hours later despite snow and icy conditions on the roads and again were very friendly and excited about being able to deliver flowers.



I called in the morning ~8:30a, and they called my wife about two hours later around 10:30a, and the flowers were delivered by 2:30p. (We live about 10 min away in Carrollton.)



The flowers were fresh, aromatic, and the vase was high quality and full (although I'm sure what you get is what you put in...). The bow was a little cheap feeling and my wife removed it, but that's probably just down to taste. I specified nothing other than color scheme and the arrangement contained an assortment of various flowers and other filler flowers, some of which are just opening up now, changing the arrangement a little bit which is very nice. (As of writing, a few days after delivery.)



I'm very glad I decided to directly call a local florist in my area rather than going through a website. In my opinion all the reviews for those websites are fake, and the few authentic ones sound terrible. (Horrible quality compared to advertised pictures, "substitutions" of arrangement ordered, or no order at all and difficulty getting a refund. Yikes.) Just do some research and be clear on the phone what you want. This was my first time buying flowers (other than a single rose or something) but I'm confident now that I'll be able to call Little's when I need quick, high quality flowers delivered!
