lLived under meridian property's management for almost 10 years. They send you bills for plumbing work maintenance workers the majority do not understand or speak english well u have to drop off payments by the 3rd of the month are u are late whenever u disagree with them they send u 60 day notices to quit would you beleive the owner went to my work got tired of notices finally moved to try to get me fired he is a buster alright and withheld my deposit going to small claims now it has been 5 months l they also only pay water no maintenance unless you beg i had a dishwasher that didnt work broken garage door and a tree whose limbs fell on my car twice also they mostly cater to hispanics others need not apply

Highly recommended, excellent customer service. Has bi-lingual staff ready to assist with requests. Keeps our property occupied in hard economic times.
