They were extremely unfriendly, and unpleasant, and dismissive, they were not going to use any numbing gel to scrape at my teeth, he told me right away since my teeth hurt they might not do the cleaning. my teeth were extremely sensitive, and the dentist wouldn't re apply any numbing gel, he just skipped and wouldnt do the teeth that hurt, I have never, ever had a dentist refuse to apply more, and try again the whole cleaning felt half hearted it was only a 10 minute cleaning, he barely picked at them, wouldnt answer my questions, the hygenist was agressive and did not heed my request to use a gentler touch where it hurt. Then blamed me for the pain saying I had a ton of tarter build up that needed cleaning, so of course it hurt. I said wait isn't this a cleaning, she said you wouldn't let the dr touch those teeth, so no. They weren't clean. When I told her had he reapplied a.d tried again yes I would have let him, she snapped if it was going to work it would have worked already. And I said everytime I have gotten a cleaning before at other places, they have reapplied and tried again and have been able to do those teeth. She said well we do not numb or cleanings, if it was going to work it would have worked. Maybe other dentists used stronger stuff. I felt very dismissed and "came at aggressively" that I just agreed and said thank you to the receptionist and x ray tech and fled.



no lie and no exaggeration this was the worst experience at the hands of a dentist I have ever had. I bought two groupons, one for me and a gift for my bf and I'm not willing to have my bf go anywhere near this place, I like dentists and i don't have any fears and it was an extremely bad experience, no way am I having someone with an extreme phobia come and be treated so badly. I'd never get him to trust me to book and cajole him into another apointment for years to come

I have been so impressed by not only the professionalism by Dr. Amanjee but also how wonderful and prestigious his office is. It is very clean and comfortable. I felt very welcomed and still do every time I go in. Dr. Amanjee has put my husbands fear of the dentist away and I thank him for everything he has done. I have never experienced the service that I do at with him anywhere else. His wife also has a childrens office next door, I sent my niece over and she was very happy and even excited to be there. I just want to say thank you Dr. Amanjee (both) for everything, we look forward to seeing you.
