Long John Silver's | A&W

i was in this store 9.13.08 and was treated very rudley by service person as printed on my receipt christopher ticket 307. I had not been in a long time to one of your stores and was looking and asking questions as to what i really wanted to eat and he was just smarting off to me and staring at me with a smart look i did not appreciate at all. when i asked if you had a malt from the A&W side he said what?! i then stated a would like a malt or if shakes is the only option he than said what kind do you want? i still was asking the question, he was totally rude and think the mangement should dicipline this utterly rude emplyee on some level.The time i was in was 8;19 pm.I deserved better and so do all your future customers. I myself am employed in customer service and would lose my job if i ever mistreated a client the way i was treated last night in this store. By the way the food was excellent and met my expectations.
