Starbucks Coffee

We went in on a Saturday morning to buy and have ground two bags of coffee, The guy behind the counter says,"It may be awhile to grind the coffee, we have lots of customers." Well, what were we?? I would think we, spending $20 bucks in the store, would be considered "Customers". After waiting 10 minutes we demanded that our coffee be ground so we could get on with our day. Again we heard "But, we are waiting on other customers." This place has terrible customer service and I never intend to go back! They are under staffed and the bodies thatt are there are not capable of solving problems and insuring ALL customers have what they need. Terrible service!!!
