Once you get past the front office area things are great. I have no complaints about the dentists or hygienists, they have all been great. On the other hand some of the front office staff are horrible. They are rude and obnoxious and god forbid if you happen to have OHP because then you are treated as though you have no value as a human. I am not allowed to make more than one appointment at a time with OHP but with private insurance you can make as many as you want. I have heard many complaints about the office but it won't change unless we all speak up. OHP also welcomes and advises anyone who has had this issue to make a complaint. Those of you who are treating patients poorly need to understand that you are in no way better than any other person.
