        Unable to call the Rapid City location. Instead I am routed to a customer service rep is not a medical professional and is located in another country and I'm unable to understand their accent. Unfortunately, we are forced to drive into Rapid City and wait for someone to be available in order to ask a simple question. Very poor customer service. Respiratory Therapist is thorough but no help without driving into Rapid City once C-PAP is obtained.
