Really rude to customers I had a problem with my phone it factory reset itself while charging I was have a hard time logging back into their service instead of helping me and fixing the problem they blamed me and said it was all my fault I factory reset it on my own even though I had a witness that saw it reset itself on it's own they called me a liar then they started arguing with me don't you know the customer is always right you definitely don't argue with your customers that's how you lose them plus their phone signal is very poor it's expensive to get service I was going to pay a lot for two phones i immediately switched back to metro pcs their phone service is way better and their prices on phone service is more reasonable I definitely don't recommend cricket wireless poor quality and rude people working there a bunch of crooked a holes

Digitech communications has a chain of cricket stores they suck .. there crooks read there reviews for the stores in springs and denver ... there terrible Steve Salazar Jr is a crook .. liar .. punk ... tattle tale ... biggest lower I've ever met
