My bf is told on 9/27 he has an interview at 3pm on 9/28. Today we make a trip to Kzoo from South Haven only for this interview which upon arrival he was told the man was n a meeting & he would have to reschedule for a different day; he called OnStaff who decided to give us a different assignment so it wouldn't be a wasted trip. A rep assigns him & talks me into giving up my waiting place for a different job so that we can b at the same place since we would be carpooling; after the paper test, one on one talk, drug test, & info on how to get to the place ONE rep decides FOR ME that it would be too much of a drive & then the other reps followed his decision & wouldn't allow us to go there even though we were set up to start 9/29. Also a rep called mins later offering a job paying less with no certain OT that was a mere 10mi closer, after I said no I'm looking for something more like the initial offer she LAUGHS at me and asks to speak to my bf as if he makes decisions for me and MY car.

Stay away from Onstaff! They will take a huge cut of your pay and work you like a Hebrew slave for pennies. All they care about is how much money they can make off of you. I worked at a Denso for a week..I have to say it was one of the worst working experiences Ive ever had. The air was toxic, the pay was really low for the work being done, and the air was toxic..it irritated my nose and throat. After raising concerns over the air quality and other issues I was brushed off. Low pay+Longs hours and weeks= Dont waste your time with this place.

I know a bunch of people that have tried going through onstaff any everyone i have talked to has agreed that the workers there are extremely rude to there employees and not very professional i would not recommened going here
