        This is the hunger buster burger I received on 12/13/17. I added the mayo and mustard when I got home with burger. No lettuce, tomato, pickles, or onions. Very poor service by staff. Very slow drive through window. Wish I could contact the owner about this place. Not the first time I've had food problems here.

        June 2nd about 5:45 we placed an order, 2 hamburger combos. We waited 15 minutes no food, so we went to the counter to see what the problem was. They had not placed our order yet. We asked for our money back, as we were leaving, another woman walked up behind us and wanted to know why there was no meat and cheese in her hamburger.

        We have never had a problem with Dairy Queen before and were really surprised that we had such an unpleasant visit.

        The first Dairy Queen store was opened in 1940 in Joliet, Ill. Since that time, the company has grown to more than 6,000 stores in over 20 countries. Dairy Queen is an ice cream shop and grill that is one of the largest fast food restaurant franchises in the world. For many years, the franchise's slogan remained "We treat you right!" In recent years, it has been changed to "DQ something different." Dairy Queen is a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. The company's stores are operated under three brands, all bearing the distinctive Dairy Queen logos and serving the company's signature soft-serve ice cream. Its stores serve a normal fast food menu that features burgers, french fries and processed chicken products in addition to frozen treats and hot dogs.
