They got to me in a reasonable time, considering the time of the year it is for A/C breakdowns, and ordered the parts needed, then returned to complete the repairs. The tech, named Brian, was very professional and courteous and answered all of my questions. The lady who dispatched, named Holly, was so thoughtful and nice, and kept me abreast of what was going on from day to day via telephone. Cannot say enough good about this company! Highly recommend!
