AVOID THIS OFFICE...My wife & I have been going to this office for a couple years.. but it was early on that we began to develop a negative opinion but due to insurance limitation.. we were stuck. The list of problems with this office is monumental. Double billing and threats to turn us over to collections when we had Paid in fulI receipts and until we took time off work to meet with their accountant.. they continued to harass..,,, crowns that fell off.. , multiple visits to seat a crown because original crown would not fit ..and on and on... But the last couple of visits finally sealed the deal
A couple months ago I had an appointment for a cleaning. I showed up on time and they told me I had to reschedule because the hygienist did not show up for work... They dismissively said .. well we called you and left a message ..yes they called... 2 hours before the 4:00pm appointment. I was in a meeting that I left early just to make the appointment...they knew from early morning no hygienist .. why wait so long to call? Now My wife and I each have an appointment 4:00 and 4:30. THEY called us and confirmed our appointment date and time a day or so before the appointment.. When we arrived for the appointment a 3:45 to be told that both appointments had to be rescheduled because they close at 4:00 on Wednesday... huh? you made and confirmed the appointment .These people are business hacks and have no respect for your time ...AVOID THIS PLACE !! ...AVOID ...AVOID ...AVOID
