Hatsuki Japanese Restaurant

This is Palmdale's best kept secret. They have great food, friendly service, and the sushi and rolls are edible works of art!

Just to update the info, Hatsuki Japanese restaurant started on Aug 2014, so any comments before that date is about previous owner.

this was one of the worst places ive ever had sushi at i was waaay dissapointed. a waste of money in my book they werent made tight at all so 1 bute they fell apart everywhere the spicy tuna roll n tumpera shrimp roll they even tasted very plain. but other than that i loved the place b4 i tried the sushi

They have the best miso soup in town here, and a large selection of traditional sushi, but there are a lot of down sides to this restaurant. In the summer it's miserably hot. I think they have a swamp cooler rather than A/C. I have trouble getting beyond my discomfort. I also don't like their dynamite. Rather than a subtle blend of seafood with a high flavor sauce, it has big chunks of seafood that ruin the usually soft, blended flavor.
