Blue Sky Custom Improvements

Blue Sky has been sued at least twice for failing to finish/poor work. In both cases, the court ruled against Blue Sky and to this point the owner has refused to pay either judgment.

The owner of Blue Sky told us that the work would take 4-5 weeks to complete a remodel of our master bathroom and assured us that he could complete the work before the due date for the birth of our daughter. After delaying the start of the project, he demolished our bathroom 3 weeks before our due date, assuring us that the work could be completed before the baby arrived. Following the demolition, Blue Sky began to make excuses as to why he couldn’t make progress on the project and did no more work between the demolition and the birth of our child two and a half weeks later. In short, we were left without the use of our Master Bath more than 7 months for a project that Blue Sky claimed would take 4-5 weeks and at the point when he walked away from the project less than half the work had been completed.
