The waitresses do not use gloves for salads. They eat off people's plates. Drop food on floor and put it back on plate. Cooks do not use gloves. Manager allows this. Unexeptable. Bread is used over and over. I would call food in specter. Very dirty until supervised establishmentioned. Don't eat there.

Overall

Me and the Mrs. Went here for dinner one night. And we will NEVER GO BACK EVER AGAIN! The food was over priced. It was cold and of poor quality. Service was just as bad as the food. Then we got hit with a 50+ dollar bill. For a dinner for 2. Terrible.

Overall
Awful horrible place

My family and I went to Jedis Garden on a regular basis. Until the last time our waitress was wonderful. The food is ok. Not the best. We basically went there because of the server. There are 2 young men that I believe are managers. They treat their employees like they are dirt. We witnessed him basically have a temper tantrum in the middle of the restaurant at a waitress I believe her name is Peggy. This was the last time I would bring my family to this horrible place. We also saw roaches at that same visit. Never again!!!!!

Overall
humiliating!

My family had to endure racism and prejudice at this restaurant Oct.12 2011 @ 4pm. After waiting for a server for over 30min and watching as everyone else was being served and waited on right after walking in to this place, my family who is diabetic and hoping to be waited on quickly since there wasn't a lot of customers had to just get up and walk out. NOT EVEN WATER was given! Don't go to this place that serves bigotry and prejudice. If you go, you support these ideals!

Too much smoke

Have eaten breakfast on Sunday mornings there for about 2+ years, Finally quite going there in January. My clothes wreaked with smoke. I don't smoke and am allergic to smoke and don't like smelling like an ashtray. To go to the washroom I must pass through the smoking section, and to pay my bill, again, I must do it in the smoking section. You have lost my patronage and my friends. As a group we number anywhere from 2 to 12 people...another group of good friends (4 to 12 customers) have also started going to Round the clock. The food is not as good and it is more expensive, but I DON'T have to smell like an ashtray... get rid of the smoking and we'll be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Complaint

On Sunday March 16th, I had a table of 5 for breakfast.

Everything was fine as well as the waitstaff.

However, upon leaving the restaurant the young hostess was very rude to me and my friend.

You had a bowl of free cookies that said; "take one" and we did.

However, we did not see the little signage tucked away near the bowl. The sign read "do not use your hands".

The hostess said in a loud and rude manner; " can't you see the sign! "

I mentioned that maybe the sign should be more visable than it was....... and she continued her tiraid.

Since I was in a good mood and did not want to spoil the day, I decided not to ask for the Manager.

But after thinking about it, I asked myself: "how many other customers has she been rude to?"

Therefore, I am requesting that you reprimand her.

Even more...if you receive a few more complaints about her I would have her fired!

The young girl in question was white with short black hair.

Young people need to learn respect, especially when dealing with the public. They cannot expect to treat people in such a manner and get away with it!
