        Accidentally posted a bad review on them. I deleted it so I hope no one saw... they are taking great care of my cat right now who is in the icu because of a different vets mistake (St. Francis Animal Clinic In Strongsville). They are professional, good at communicating the meds and treatment my cat is recovering, and are giving me updates throughout the day. I cannot thank enough!

        Totally disgusting with my treatment when I brought in my dying dog to be put down. Two nurses came in, were rude and preoccupied. They suggested that they weren't best suited to help me and said they'd send in the vet. SHE, the vet, NEVER CAME TO THE ROOM. My dying dog and I waited for 30 min. No one ever came back. I asked for receptionist to find out what was going on. SHE never came back. I grabbed my dog and left.

        I called to get an appointment and the scheduler was so rude to me on the phone that I did not end up taking my dog there. I refuse to give them my money if they hire people that treat their customers like that! No excuse for that! They just lost our business and we have 4 dogs.

        They are the best!!! We drive...

        They are the best!!! We drive over an hour to come here because of the exceptional care that they provide. They not only saved our dog's life after our previous vet misdiagnosed her, but they always take the time needed at every visit to make sure that our dog gets the best care. They always show personal interest. Our dog loves the doctors and staff. We will never take our animals anywhere else!

        A local favorite of mine

        I have been taking our 3 family dogs (2 Westies, 1 Sheltie) to this facility for over 10 yrs. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly when addressing a wide variety of questions or concerns. The facility is large, very clean, and welcoming. I have met people who have brought their pets to this office from surrounding states and even Canada. The clinic is also well-known for its breeding services and extensive care. I highly recommend this clinic for all of your pet care needs.
