i am currently over paying on my payment plan by $200 a month. I have had several issues that I need addressed, but he never returns phone calls, emails or texts. To this date, I have been paying via payroll deduct each week almost a year and still not a dime has been paid to the creditors. I understand that is the trustee and not him, but this is one of the many issues I have needed addressed that has never been handled to my best interest. I am actually in the process of filing a complaint with the bar association

We had an awesome experience with Brian Wilson's law firm. Brian and his staff were very down to earth people and they made us feel right at home from the very start. We felt that they cared about helping us to make the right decision in order to move forward with our bankruptcy. The price to complete the bankruptcy was overwhelming fair and they did and excellent job to help us get through the entire process. While I do understand that other people may have a difference in their opinion of this firm, I believe that sometimes we may project our negativity on to others. Give this firm a chance to work as hard for you as they did for us.

I don't know what these people's problem is. I paid my fees. Got my case filed. All calls answered and returned! Brian has been a treasure to my family! He has actually developed a relationship with each one of my family members! My case was handled in a professional manner and I've always been treated as more than just a client!

Never answers the phone, left messages no call back. Now I'm going to court over paperwork I thought i paying him to take care of. Man DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!

He has a phone number listed. He was my lawyer for bankruptcy. I'm trying to get ahold of him about some paper work and the number I have for him the voicemail is full and you cannot leave a message.

This attorney is impotent with not telling you exactly all the choices you have with filing for bankruptcy. He does not return phone calls or emails. My case was almost dismissed because of paperwork I gave to him a month prior that he did not give to the court. Seek an attorney who's going to return calls, answer questions, and have your best interest not just trying to get paid.
