Canyon Country Dental Group and Orthodontics

Dr Nguyen is a good dentist, unfortunatly her front desk is HORRIBLE I have requested a referral for my insurance for my daughter to get braces in February and they did not send it in, the guy in the front states he forgot??? I have to assume because i did not choose to go thru them they were $1600.00 more than my original orthodontices, I then was overcharged $100.00 for a crown and the guy up front said sorry I put the wrong price on your paperwork, fortunatly my husband needed a crown and saw they were charging me more and brought it to thier attention, I think its the price they choose to give. When i called and told him to send the referral in asap for my daughter the guy upfront puts the wrong DOB for my daughter, I have left 5 messages for the office manager who volunteered to call my insurance for me, and she still has not called me back, I then left a message for Dr Nguyen herself and have not recieved a call back.

I would not recommend this place to anyone EVER!!!
