Sprint

Unrelated to the utterly confusing situation I found myself in- where Sprint's website with the ability to add an authorized user to an account has been shut down for the month of december and all employees and customer service representatives unable to add me to my family's account, despite having all necessary information, passwords, logins etc - making it so that the account holder herself couldn't add me in PERSON to the account and could only buy me a phone and ship it from Florida to Ohio, 55 minutes of being on hold and being transferred over and over again to people without the authority to change anything despite specifically requesting to speak to a supervisor - my main frustration with this specific location was the rudeness of the employees. Drew barely glanced up from texting on his personal phone to flippantly let me know 'yeah, we can't help you' - never offered to let me use the store's phone to call customer service as mine wouldn't turn on, never offered to connect me himself, and my other two interactions with the employees were the same. No eye contact after the obligatory 'Welcome to Sprint how can I help you', and all three continued slouching in their seats scrolling through their phones even while I spoke to them and asked questions. That is unacceptable - cheaper phone rates doesn't mean that employees are held to a lower standard.
