Terrible customer service.....hurried documentation and visit to verify for state......sent me a poor speaking English homemaker.....tried to work with her and on the fourth visit talked with her, best I could about cleaning liquids, clothes folding, etc......took many calls each visit on cell phone....late all 4 visits...2 times 1/2 hour....could not follow directions. I was willing to work with all of this and tried the last day before Lydia blew up and walked out....but what I found most disturbing was the lack, and even effort of understanding a client's viewpt., when I called in to explain. Stay away from them. They are not professional in any way...
