We had been looking at homes for my mother for 5 months. When we found one, Robert came out and did a thorough inspection which thankfully made us aware of major issues with the property. I just wanted to say Robert and his team are true professionals, my husband and I were looking for property in California and had found the perfect home, but were we not sure what to expect because we are from out of state. Are appointment was at 2:00 in the afternoon, when we arrived they were already done with the inspection and showed us every thing they had found. We thought because the house was built in 2003 there would not be too much wrong, boy were we wrong. I guess it's too late to say to make a long story Ha Ha but here it is "WE REALLY APPRECIATE ROBERT AND HIS TEAM!!! .And if your wondering YES we bought the home and we love it. My name is Mary Sendice and I recently hired Robert for an inspection on a home I was interested in. I was'nt sure what to expect the house was built in the 60's and I thought it looked pretty good. Robert found things I just wouldn't have thought of looking for. I took the report and pictures to my realtor to see if she could get the bank to pay and or repair any of the items that were found. To make a long story short it turns out they agreed to fix most of what he found and saved me a good amount of money and headaches.
