Triple Diamond Construction

My dad, who is a 70 year old disabled Veteran with Parkinson's, has been trying to get his roof replaced since July. Triple Diamond took his $7K in insurance checks and has yet to give him a date for the construction. We have called and emailed multiple employees. They keep telling us they will call us back and never do. I do NOT recommend this company!

This company was great to work with, everyone I encountered through the whole job was nice and professional. Took care of everything with no issues at all and the work looks great. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Ok positive things first. The roof was great! Did wonderful job but we had other damage from hail storm so they wanted to contract out other work. Great. I feel like I'm building a home. Typical contracting no one shows when they are suppose to. Owner calls and tries to request the rest of payment when not even half of the work was complete. Didn't even bother asking if I was satisfied or if everything was complete before asking for payment. Not cool! If I had it to do again....I wouldn't do it.
