Diamond Dee-Lite

Terrible place! My Fiance and a heirloom diamond that he had put in a custom setting. Because of time issues he didn't have time to get the ring as a whole appraised before he asked me.

I thought they were a good place because I had family members that had said good reviews about them. But it took them a week to appraise it and I had to "hurry" them after a week. When I got the appraisal they said the heirloom diamond was half the size that it actually is. When my Fiance brought this up to them they basically told my fiance was stupid and his grandmother, the jeweler that had made the setting, and the jeweler that set the diamond had ALL lied to him.

Needless to say I will be getting another appraisal and I will NEVER step foot in that store.

I went in for a new watch battery today and it was free! They told me customer service and could we please check and clean your rings free! You can be assured they have won my continued business! They are the best!

I have been going here for many years. Everyone is always nice and friendly. Repairs are always early they say a week and normally with in a day or two they call and tell me its ready. I would not go anywhere else. They are honest and trustworthy. I wouldnt leave my Jewelry with anybody else.

I dont think thery realize that their more than one jewerlry store in area.. would not recomend anyone to do business with them. they quote one thing, then reneg, very unprofessional.
