My family and I ordered food and dined, at the above location, and as we entered the store, we was well aware that it was quite cool, inside. The outside temp. was at least 31 degrees, along with a brisk wind, bringing the temp to around 28 degrees.As we waited for our food to be prepared, My wife began to shiver and stated how COLD, it was in the dining area. When we recieved our food, the double stack with cheese had darkened corners (indicating the cheese had dried out) along with it not even melting. I did not report this to any of the employees behind the counter, because they we kids and the only way to get any response is to complain to your office directly. I can see why your drive-thru was busy "IT WAS TOO COLD TO EAT -IN ", This was around 6pm 01/09/2010. Please address this matter, as of someone else may not be as kind.
