Creative Kidz

Very unorganized. The owner talks with attitude and the ratios for kids and teacher are overrated. She will have one teacher in a room with 13-14 kids when they're suppose to be 1:6 in a certain age group. She comes off as a "hurry I need my money so my business can be poppin." But she in living in a fake reality. Why give lesson plans to 2/3yrs hahahahahah if she want to operate like a real school then she needs to be a principal at a real school. No communication and she needs to be shut down. The kids have no structure nor do she and her staff. Very ghetto and she needs to be shut down. I never saw anything like that. Of course her friends and family gonna rate her to make her look good but dang!!!! Ya'll will see for yourself

I am really happy with all the staff at creative kidz, and my child is learning a lot he is having an awsome experience there!

DESPICABLE!! HORRIBLE!! GHETTO!! IGNORANT!! Ruuuunnn!!!! The director Carrie Henry is the most unprofessional human being that I've ever met. When u first meet her she comes off as nice & well spoken, NOT, it's fake! Her older staff members R sweet however the younger staff R untrained & uneducated & have know knowledge of what they should be doing with children. Breon is the about as smart as a rock! Lazy & doesn't care abt anything except a check. This place is over priced $580 per month, they demand that u bring a case of diapers monthly whether your child is out or not they have a long list of school supplies for "toddlers" that they never use! ur forced to pay $40 for a crummy blanket/pillow that u may sometimes find another child sleeping on (ugh!). They claim 2 have day time toys and evening time toys NOT! A lil rachet clean up lady that appears on camera while the kids R asleep that sprays Lysol on the toys. Learning? yeah what a joke, just an OVER PRICED babysitter facility

This daycare is horrible, my son is 8 mths old and because he was the last infant there they thought it was ok to put him in the toddler room with kids twice his size. He was screaming when i showed up to get him with a dirty toy in his mouth. They complain about my child grand mother picking him up early, she showed up randomly twice and he was sleeping in a poopy diaper. They roll their eyes at my in laws amd myself. I called them as soon as i left the daycare because i didn't want to make a scene with my children there. On the phone Felicia said the toys are cleaned with bkeach, and wiped down. I told her it was a stuffed ball and it cant be wiped down, that it was dirty. She then said that they have morning toys and afternoon toys, that's a complete lie. I saw the same ball when i dropped him off that same day in the morning and it was then 615pm. My point is my son could have been injured in the toddler room with a bunch of big kids... the woman in the toddler room was fussing at those kids saying"Jesus give me the strength to deal with these kids"!!! I stood at that a door waiting to bring my son while there was no one at the desk, the owner walls in and says she was across the street, hello... who is at this desk, just amyone could have walked in, then she had the nerve to say i was late when she just walked through the door and i was sitti g in the waiting area for 20 minutes, needless to say we are looking for a nanny now. These people are rude, arrogant and flat out liars. The good reviews from other sites were written by the people who run the daycare. NOT BEONG YOUR CHILDREN HERE.

Horrible place to leave your child. They lie to you upfront pretending that their staff has child development training and a 2 year associate, NOT true. They leave babies diapers on them for more than 2 hours. There is absolutely nothing educational going on, a book may get read occasionally and flash cards, but they just let the babies get up at their leisure and walk off to do their own thing instead of leading them back to the learning area. None of the education curriculm that they lie to you about when you first sign up happens. They charge you a $100 curriculum and book fee but there is none, you never get a curriculum book. The cleaning is poor. It smells in the diaper changing areas, they never clean the cots that the children sleep on, they make you pay $35 for a crappy blanket/pillow and they will put your child blanket/pillow down for another child so they are sharing and that's not sanitary plus that's not what you paid for. They charge you 2% extra just to used a credit card, they hound you for tuition like they are pimps on a corner. They talk your private business in front of other parents and among themselves gossiping about other parents. The director pretends to be intelligent and well spoken, but don't be fooled, she is ghetto as all hell, she speaks rudely to her staff, and the children which is why there is an extremely HIGH turnover rate!!!! Everyone who has ever worked for her regrets it and say they will never work for her again, she used vulgar language in front of children and is known to bend a the children's thumb in a certain way to inflict pain but will appear on camera as though she is just holding the child hand walking with them when she is actually making them cry. A child fell outside bumping his head and the injury was not reported to the parent; they are know for not reporting injuries most likely because they are causing them. DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!!! THEY MAY BE A CLASS A FACILITY BUT THEY ARE NOT A QUALITY STAR FACILITY. Read the contract before you sign, they will try to make you pay extra if you pull your child out and they make it seem as though its your fault.

My son was also left in a dirty diaper for a full 8 hours at this daycare. The staff is untrained. They don't utilize the stuff they have for the children. All children are not cared for the same here.

This daycare is terrible. Please do not send your kids here. They do not watch your children, in one week, my two kids came home with bruises and the teacher could not explain where it come from. The director, Felicia of this daycare does not even live in Louisiana. Carrie does not treat children well at all and only want to discuss her failed marriages and relationships with workers, instead of the well being of children. To top it off, this daycare cost 165.00 per week for children and they do not participate in the quality star program, so you will NEVER see your hard earned money again. They do not participate in the quality star program, because there is NO QUALITY in this childcare center. PLEASE SEND YOUR KIDS SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE ARE SEVERAL CENTERS THAT PARTICIPATES IN THE QUALITY STAR PROGRAM THAT CARES FOR YOUR CHILDREN. Weatherford Academy has 4 stars and lil Toddler Academy.... And they are more affordable, and your kids will come home in one piece, UNHARMED.

My son was forgotten inside the school during a firedrill by himself hes not even 2 yet. The teachers felt really bad and apologized when I called the school as soon as (while watching the camera) I noticed what was going on however when I talked to the owner/director Ms. Carrie she told me I was wrong and it they didn't fail the drill. Yes it's true they did remember and go back for him however fires spread very fast and if this were a real fire well good chances are someone wouldn't have been able to get back to him. I was not mad at the teachers they are usually great ppl however I believe they are uderstaffed and I know the teachers are getting overwhelmed and I believe this is the reason my son was left in the building for 5 minutes alone,once again Ms. carrie tells me I am wrong. Please don't send your kids here it is getting to be more and more dangerous.

I was so close to sending my child here for good Because it looks like a good place, with the water park and the cute playground and the cute bus. but looks can certainly be decieving. I was desperate and running out of answers so I sent my daughter there for a week and in just one week, it was bad. my poor girl was begging me not to bring her there. i just thought that it was her first day and the first day is always stressing and i thought nothing of it. Dont let Creative Kidz fool you into thinking that it is a good place. They are very expensive and it's not even worth it. you are throwing your money down the creative kidz drain. My daughter now goes to Tic Tot Nursery in Gretna and I assure you that it is far better that this place. The "kidz" actually learn there, get treated with the best care and the staff is family. they are not "ghetto".and they are highly trained professionals that love what they do. The staff at Creative kidz are ignorant and unprofessional . I would not recommend Creative Kidz to anyone!

I agree this daycare is aweful so don't be deceived. Ms. Carrie and Ms Felisha treat parents poorly and are rarely there. The care for the children is out of control and the cost is too much to not receive quality care.

My son was in this daycare. First what they offer is not complete. Thay left my son with a soiled and dirty pull-ups for a long time and then they don't clean my son good, as a consequence my had an imflammation of foreskin, that will be for all his life. When we came to ask them what happen, they don't know what to said. The director CARRIE DAVIS-LEGGINS is very disrespectful, unpatience, histerical woman and discriminated against latinos. She began to raise her voice to me and acting as she don't had the fault.



I don't recommed this daycare, is a low category one.
