I Love Nails

Only 2 days after my fill in with GEL polish, the purple began CHIPPING/PEELING off! Dannie has done my nails twice, & BOTH times were awful. He watches sports while he does my nails, doesn't pay attention to instructions, is SUPER aggressive, & shapes each nail so unevenly. I asked for holographic over purple, which they assured me would only lighten it to a lavender. When he put the holographic on there, there was ZERO purple visible, only chrome/silver. He put it on the wrong nail & when I left I saw 2 of them already had marks/chips in them. I came back & he "fixed" them by applying a completely different silver polish over the holographic, so it was mismatched & tacky. The purple chipped 2 days after. For a fill in w/ a mediocre freestyled design & polish chipping almost immediately to be $70+ is RIDICULOUS. The time before this, Amy gave me a full new set which we scheduled, & she barbarically ripped off the acrylic instead of soaking them, leaving me with cuts underneath my nails. She didn't cover the whole nail when doing an ombre design; it looked so amateur and just bad. They take advantage of your ignorance. I got these + a $35 pedicure, total was $110 (before tip)... AND I ALWAYS TIP MORE THAN 20% BUT THEY DON'T GIVE A %#@*! The pedicures are also poor, there's no massage but they'll aggressively scrub the hell out of my feet until they feel like they're going to bleed. They never trim the toe nails evenly. I had been getting my nails done here with my close friend every 2 weeks. My friend has been going here much longer than I have, so I am not as experienced with getting my nails done. I didn't realize until recent that a lot of issues I had were extremely valid, this last visit really solidifying my distaste for the whole establishment. Amy & Nancy aren't terrible, but they're definitely not as capable of nail art as they make out to be, especially when they consistently fail to produce the results I am asking for. I will not be returning here, ever.

Like most people I have been to many nail salons in my life. I've been lucky that none of them have been horrible, but none of them have done anything to make me want to go back. This place makes me want to go back. The staff is so friendly and professional. Jay who I highly recommend along with Tiffany were so nice and I had such a great conversation with them. From this point on I won't go anywhere else. That says a lot from a person who has never said that! Springs coming so run in and see for yourself. Monday's and Wednesday is 10% off day. Don't forget to ask for jay
