CVS Pharmacy

I have to say that I am very disappointed with them refilling my prescription. I called in at 12:00 to have it ready by 4:00 so when my husband got off at 5:00 it would be ready, well he called at 5:30 to tell me it wasn't ready that they were running behind. Come on CVS , 5 and a half hours behind!!!! I can't think of the gentleman's name that was the pharmacist that just retired but your pharmacy has gone down hill ever since. I carried a prescription in 2 months ago that I have been getting for 2 years and they didn't have the pills, had to wait 2 days for them, they said if I was going to get them every month from them they would keep them in stock, what do you think I have been doing for the last 2 years?????
