.I take back my good review!!!! Went in for X-rays, Jan 08, 2016 something is wrong, I could see something myself on the X-rays, Hillary NP told me she could see nothing wrong just some swelling, take tynol three times a day. But she will send to a Radiologist to read it.
FIVE days later and thinking now of going to ER, because whatever this is, it is getting worse. I call and find out they had the reviews for FOUR days and NO ONE called me! Now they are pushing me to come in and talk about it, yeah right. They usually call and let you know if there is a problem. They again said no fracture, just some swelling. But what is this moving around under my ribs? I WILL go to another Dr and they better be happy with what the insurance pays, because I WILL NOT pay them for their incompetence! Turns out a hernia, yep tynol would fix that! Yeah right!

I had symptoms of the flu.My flu swab was negative.I think the nurse practitioner should put me on preventive Tamiflu( because I deal with a lot of flu patients at work,I told the nurse practitioner that).2 days later I have fever of 100 degrees and feeling worse.Will see another practitioner tonight. I was told it is too late to take Tamiflu now.

Don't waste your time. I called ahead to see if I needed to schedule an appointment and I was told that I could walk in, no appointments necessary. When I arrive, I was told the wait time was an hour which is reasonable, I didn't mind. However 2.5 hours later I still didn't see a doctor. There were 3 patients ahead of me. I sat and listened to the staff discuss Qdoba orders and complain about how much time was left until they were able to close. I sat and watched while nurses talked in their cell phones and ducked into patient rooms to talk to their friends and family on the phone. No wonder I waited almost three hours till I saw the doctor! Unprofessional and absolutely no sense of urgency. There is nothing "urgent" about First Stop Urgent Care. That was my first and definitely will be my last time.

I called ahead to make sure they accepted my insurance, and they said they did. I took time off work to go there and, once I got there, they said they did not accept my insurance. The staff was also rude and nasty about it.

My first vist was awesome they provided me what I needed. And did additional testing to double check. I'm so happy I chose urgent care. Even called back with test results and allowed me to come in the Dr. Office to speak with her. Awesome place. I'vefound my new Dr.

I brought my daughter in and we have not yet got insurance because we just became citicens of Kentucky. To be seen it was very cheap($59.00). For the life of me I cant remember the doctors name but she was awesome with my baby. Awesome visit to the E.R.!!!!

They were very nice, smart, and helpful. The staff too great care of me, knew what was wrong with me, and it was the best experience I have ever had at any urgent care center. the wait to see the doctor was not long either. they took great care of me.
