        Overall

        Having some hinge problems with my 20 yr. old + casement windows I contacted Harvey of Manchester, NH for help. The units being 20+ yrs. old the hinges were out of date and was told to contact Harvey Field Services of Londonderry, NH.
        I contacted them and they went above and beyond to locate a suitable hinge assembly to rectify my problem. They found a unit and shipped direct to me for a trial. I installed the test hinge and it was perfect! I then ordered several more to complete the job. All of this was done at no charge to me!!
        This is a company that not only stands by their product but goes above and beyond the to help the customer. Thanks again, JB
