I went here for the first time as a birthday gift to myself...

i COMPLETELY regret it!!

The stylist (Darcy) was a sweetheart. No complaints there. But she definitey needs more training and to pay attention more to the clients wants as they pretty much spell them out for her.

I walked in with shoulder length hair and betty bangs. after the wash, i combed my hair and showed her how i wore my bangs and i wanted them to stay the same. I specifically said i wanted a dramatic A Line cut. I had to tell her to fix my hair in very specific areas several times. It was almost like i had to do her job for her. I walked out with a very short bob hair cut and bangs layered so short i cant do a single thing to them. Ive had to put in extentions and cut them to give myself the haircut i payed them for. I emailed the manager to express my feelings b/c she was not there when i left the salon... No call back...

So i call AGAIN and got nothing but attitude From the "manager". I wanted a refund and she refused. She said she could give me a vouture to come back in for a new haircut... Im sorry but i have NO MORE HAIR TO GET CUT!!!! And i certainly wont be going back to that place to have them hack it all up again.

I woukd never recomend this place and after reading other reviews, it seems they make the SAME mistake all the time.

Arrrrrg!!! Im so angry and so upset i wasted all these months growing my hair out just to have it hacked Off with no style!!!
